Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supplier Management is seeking a Supplier Management Procurement Field Service Representative (PFS) to support our Commercial Modifications and Boeing Converted Freighter Businesses


This role would suit someone based in United Kingdom who is willing to travel regularly across the region and Europe, up to 60% travel alongside a hybrid, work from home policy with regular regional reviews at Boeing locations.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities.
  • Leads collaborator relationships and performance throughout all contract phases.
  • Conducts and guides supplier assessments.
  • Leads the development or enhancement of metrics to monitor performance, and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to partners.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Experience working in an MRO environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • MRO operational leadership experience; labor planning, job card burn and adherence to major turning points
  • Experience leading major supplier activity such as onsite assessments, recovery, corrective and preventative action plans, and/or new supplier onboarding
  • Experience working on development programs
