Description
We are looking for a registered and experienced social worker or Registered Nurse to work in our friendly and supportive Disability Team.
The role involves the opportunity to make a difference to individuals with a learning disability and their families/carers who require our ongoing support.
You will be one of two senior practitioners in the team who will support and advise other team members qualified, unqualified and social work students/apprentices, as well as manage a complex case load.
We are looking for individuals who can build positive relationships at a number of levels and bring enthusiasm, creativity and passion to the service.
You will need to be highly organised and able to demonstrate a level of self-discipline in managing a workload whilst supervising and supporting others.
