Birmingham - £25,000 + £35k OTE

We are on the hunt for outstanding graduates / early stage professionals looking to start their careers as Recruitment Consultants within different sectors.

Our client is looking to hire immediately.

The Role:

In recruitment each day differs, but your main duties will be:

Learning the market and gathering market intelligence.
Speaking with senior individuals predominantly over the phone.
Negotiating terms and fees with clients.
Finding new business.
Building relationships with clients.
