Advinia Healthcare is recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist to work front of house in our brand new luxury Residential Care home - Bishops Cleeve

This role is a maternity cover

The Home

Welcome to Bishops Cleeve Care Home in Cheltenham, a luxury haven located in Bishops Cleeve., with glorious views of the surrounding countryside.

Having opened in April 2021, our brand new state of the art Care Home is the latest addition to the Advinia Healthcare family, providing the highest standards of residential and dementia care, with nursing care being introduced in late summer.

As a Receptionist you will:

Be responsible for all front

- of
- house duties including welcoming visitors entering and exiting the building.

Provide clerical support to the Home Manager and when appropriate, other staff members
Have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
Be responsible for general HR duties.
Supporting in completing and submitting Payroll.
Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
