About the job
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining customer relationships to ensure agreement terms are adhered to.
  • Ensure prompt communication with the debtor in relation to outstanding balance.
  • Complete financial transactions daily as required using internal systems.
  • Other duties as and when required.

Your skills and background
In order to succeed in this role you will possess:

  • 2 years' experience working in a credit control position within a large professional office environment
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's including maths and English Grades A*C
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including V-Lookup, formulas, and Pivot tables
  • Highly organised, diligent, and able to work with mínimal supervision
