Finance Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service team.

We have high-spec offices in central London but there is also the opportunity to work from home.


Overview

We would like to recruit a hands-on team player who is able to adapt to all technical and support functions however also have the knowledge and experience with corporate banking software.

Technology experience is required and the role is a technical process respondent for our bank and investor customers.

You will assist in the Customer Service management of the settlement of digital instruments - including bills of exchange, promissory notes and creation of bills of lading.

We are a global business and we will ask for your help in the on-call programme for extended support hours (and potential 24hr onsite support) for incident management.

What you will be doing

• Supporting our customers (banks/investors/buyers/sellers) through the handling of their trade finance transactions
• Providing bestinclass support across Global Trade Finance platforms
• Assisting in the delivery of all Arqit's TradeSecure related projects through the full life cycle
• Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the TradeSecure service and projects are delivered to the highest standards
• Proactive monitoring and management of digital bill of exchange, promissory note and bill of lading transactions created on the Arqit TradeSecure platform
• Working closely with the Technical, Architecture, Marketing, and Commercial teams to provide cross cover and integration of financial support patterns.

What we're looking for

• Experience and Knowledge of banking operations systems and Global Trade Finance platforms
• Experience gained within a financial back office environment
• Knowledge of the project / product lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Selfstarter with the ability to work in a fastpaced, fastchanging environment
• Good interpersonal, influencing and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to work in the UK now and the ability to gain UK security clearance are both ESSENTIAL
