To help us on our mission to 'Understand Every Voice', we are seeking a dedicated People Advisor to join our People Team, playing a pivotal role in enabling our most valuable asset:
our people.


As the People Advisor, you'll take ownership of People Operations across the employee lifecycle, using your expertise to be the go-to person for questions and issues.

You will be responsible for optimising our People Tech Stack, streamlining processes through automation, and maintaining our People resources such as our Employee Toolbox through your knowledge of legislative changes.


In addition, you will embody a "People over Process" mindset, finding creative and commercial solutions to people challenges and placing people experience front-and-centre.

You will coach managers through various employee relations scenarios, and provide support to our Senior People Partners on complex ER matters when needed.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing all People Operations administration throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Ownership of People Operations for the US (including being the primary point of contact for all US thirdparty providers)
  • Managing our People Tech Stack (we use HiBob, Culture Amp, Remote and Capdesk), ensuring our systems are uptodate, fit for purpose and fully leveraged
  • Improving our processes, including through use of automation
  • Keeping our Employee Toolbox and templates current
  • Being the 'goto' person for all People Operations questions and issues
  • Compiling monthly payroll
  • Supporting execution of our cyclical People processes
  • Leading audit and compliance for the People team
  • Owning data & reporting for the People team
  • Managing our benefits schemes and renewals globally
  • Coaching managers throughout the business with ER and supporting our Senior People Partners to resolve more complex ER
  • Plenty of scope for growth and development, whether that's working with our Senior People Partners to develop your Partnering skillset, taking ownership of People Operations as a whole, or working with our People Experience Lead on designing and delivering our People products

Who we are looking for:


  • Someone who takes ownership of People Operations, including owning and updating templates library, keeping policies and guidelines uptodate, managing benefits renewals, advising on People Ops issues and questions
  • A 'People over Process' mindset
  • Demonstrable examples of improving processes and ways of working, ideally through the use of automation
  • Experience coaching managers through ER (think PIPs and performance management, feedback conversations, maternity/paternity/shared parental and adoption leave, flexible working requests)
  • Experience supporting with complex ER (including drafting outcome letters, settlement agreements)
  • Experience of sponsor licence management, and using SMS
  • Experience managing People Tech stack
  • Have a passion for all things People

  • Supporting New York employees
  • Understanding US healthcare
  • SOC2/ISO 27001 compliance
