About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an Outdoor Activity Lead to join our Sports Team, to contribute to the delivery of the Trust physical education strategy, developing and implementing interventions that will deliver the aims of the strategy.

Supporting our school, this role is to support the improvement of our outdoor adventurous activity opportunities for all our students.

Reporting to the Sports Development Manager, you will manage the activity centre, support and monitor students' participation and progress, act as a lead in this area for all schools within the Trust.

Relevant First Aid qualification applicable to the outdoor sector required.

Term Time + 2 weeks - 37 hours per week £27,372 - £29,485 pro rata.

Seasonal - 37 hours per week, 25 weeks (between Easter & October half-term) £14,276 - £15,378 pro rata.
