FINANCE ASSISTANT

Bucks Pay Range 2 (£21,879 to £23,961) depending on existing skills and experience.

37 hours per week/52 weeks per year (with an annual leave entitlement of at least 22 days plus Bank Holidays)

Flexible work pattern hours will also be considered

Start date:
September 2023


Insignis Academy Trust have an opportunity for a new Finance Assistant or Finance Apprentice to join our Centralised Finance Team supporting the five secondary schools within the Trust.

This is a transactional role, and the post-holders main role will be processing orders, invoices and other financial administration. Over time as our Trust grows further this role is likely develop and progression opportunities will arise.


You don't need to have worked in a school environment before but a passion for helping improve the education of our 3000+ students through providing high quality finance support is desirable.

This role will be based at The Kingsbrook School, our brand new school in Broughton, Aylesbury. There are regular public buses to the school from Aylesbury town centre and railway station.

Travel to other Trust schools will be necessary especially to our newest Trust School (Sir William Ramsey School).
