Customer Advisor - First Response

£22,500 - O/T (SAT £15.50 p/h / SUN £20.66 p/h)

Our client is growing and seeking a First Response Advisors to join their busy team based on the outskirts of Norwich on
Broadland Business Park, in a fabulous modern, bright, open plan offices with free parking.

As a First Response Advisor you will support our client in ensuring they can deliver their values to "love our customers and go the extra mile".

What we are looking for:

Previous Customer Service Experience from any area
Confident in dealing with people over the phone
Focused on delivering excellent Customer service
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritise
Full training provided
