GHH is proud to be working with a Top 100 law firm in their search for an Insolvency Solicitor.

The leading Top 100 practice boasts 10 leading solicitors who cover a range of services for their clients.

Due to natural growth in the practice area, they are keen to add an additional Insolvency Solicitor to the team in Leeds with excellent hybrid working.

As an Insolvency Solicitor you will handle a wide caseload combining corporate advisory work with contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters nationally and internationally.

Matters will include insolvency litigation in bothcorporate and personal insolvency acting for claimants and defendants. Asset recovery work including acting for practitioners and advising on corporate recovery and insolvency issues.

The team works with a number of leading businesses, financial institutions, and non-traditional leaders.

Due to the nature of the large team, they are able to train and develop you and play to your strengths.

The training sessions are delivered via individual coaching, group sessions, online resources, webinars, and seminars. If you find you enjoy a particularsub-sector more - they are happy to weigh your caseload to it.
