We're currently seeking a Assembly Operator to join us.

This role will focus on:


Ensuring compliance with the Company Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies, reporting any potentially dangerous issues/faults to your direct Team Leader or Production Manager including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.


To ensure quality products are produced in the required quantity, on time, and at the lowest possible cost, in a manner in keeping with the Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures of the company.

Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.

Monitor the performance of the process ensuring maximum output is always achieved.

Carry out and document the correct quality control checks for each job performed, completing all production paperwork.

Work as a team to ensure departmental targets, company targets and customer deadlines are achieved.


What you'll be doing:

  • Assembling a range of hoses to a highquality standard
  • Checking components are correct to order before assembling.
  • Working to written instructions and adhering to manufacturing tolerances
  • Using various types of machinery to complete the assembly build.
  • Understanding and working in accordance with the company H&S directives
  • Identifying continuous improvements as part of the team objective
  • Operate within the boundaries of the company quality system to ensure the requirements of the company accreditations are supported.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic education
  • Previous working experience in manufacturing environments
  • Be methodical and thorough.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy of measurement and data recording while working with tape measures and verniers.
  • Basic understanding of what the company manufactures.
  • Good attitude towards managers and coworkers
  • Be able to work overtime as required.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Previous experience within mechanical engineering and an understanding of pressure and flow would be an advantage.
  • Technical Ability
  • Respect customer delivery expectations by maintaining a well organised workflow and work environment.
  • Be able to work in both metric and imperial measurement systems.
