We are looking for Arabic speaking Legal Assistant to join our award winning, progressive, multi-disciplinary law firm based in Bayswater, London on a full-time basis.

This role has potential to progress to paralegal and subsequently to training contract.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full legal secretarial & administrative service including:

• Typing
• Opening files, raising bills, client care letters
• Proficient use of Word and other Microsoft IT packages
• Organising diaries and making appointments
• Preparing legal documents
• Dealing with enquiries from clients
• Assist with research as instructed by Fee Earners
• Potential to undertake some junior case work under supervision
• Filing and other general clerical work.

Personal attributes

• Completed LLB Law or GDL courses and looking to work in legal sector.
• IT literate with good typing skills,
• Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills,
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
• Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative and thrive in a busy and progressive work environment.
