Southbar Transport is a small family business with over 30 years experience. We provide a reliable transportation service across the UK and Europe.
Our company is hiring a Transport Planner to join our team. Having previous experience within the transport industry would be preffered, however, training will be provided.


Responsibilities:

• Planning the daily operations of our fleet
• Using booking platforms to organise the daily workload
• Develop and maintain relationships with drivers and customers
• Solving logístical issues
• Ensuring driver legislation is being followed

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisation skills
• Geographical knowledge

Qualifications:
HGV + CPC licence holder desirable but not essential


Salary:
negiotable depending on experience
