Refuge Housing Assistant - Oldham
What you'll be doing
We are looking for high calibre, passionate, caring individuals who are excellent team players and are committed to providing high quality, trauma informed services for victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
The role is the first point of contact for the SafeNet refuge located in Oldham and will ensure emergency access to accommodation for women, men and children through a concierge function.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE INCLUDES EVENING SHIFTS (APPROXIMATE HOURS WILL BE 3.45PM PM). THIS ROLE ALSO INCLUDES A SLEEP AT A RATE OF £40 ONCE A FORTNIGHT.You can find more details on the role and key deliverables in the Role Profile.

What you'll need to be a success
- Experience of working within a customer service or administrative role.
- Knowledge and understanding of the diverse and additional needs of refuge residents.
- The ability to confidently liaise with other parties.
- The ability to think clearly and act appropriately in a dynamic and pressured environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills working on own initiative and within a multidisciplinary team.
