'''Duties'''- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Perform basic tasks on Sage50 or similar software
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
Up to £10.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
