Key Account Manager to cover Plumbing Merchants
This is a national role £45,000 - £55, % Bonus
This well-established, high quality manufacturer of bathroom products is looking for a
Key AccountManager to drive customer excellence and sales within plumbers merchants

You will be an experienced, highly resourceful, dynamic sales professional, with a

demonstrable record in sales or key account management. While direct or related bathroom

industry is preferred, results orientation and a passion for customer success, and a strong

track record in account management are the most important characteristics


The Role

  • Fulltime, fieldbased role with a high level customer interaction
  • Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new merchant partners
  • Work collaboratively with the merchant partners to create winning strategies that deliver against agreed targets
  • Exercise sound key account management and broaden contacts and networks between merchants and the business
  • Accountable for the effective planning and forecasting of product to deliver outstanding availability and fulfilment to customers
  • Drive collaboration with the merchant sales teams and the company sales teams to deliver against agreed sales targets
  • Establish and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards utilising them to drive customer performance
  • Ensure contractual compliance and timely negotiations of annual terms
  • Coordinate and deliver necessary training for distributor sales teams
