Description

A renowned commercial cleaning company, who have been operating for more than 40 years are looking for a Contract Manager to join them You will be based in Hampshire and will be part of a friendly team working for a company with an excellent reputation.

The key duties for this role include:

Managing on-site cleaning operatives, working across multiple sites throughout Hampshire.
Organising manpower, equipment, and materials as necessary.
Managing budgets.
Ensuring excellent cleaning standards are met.
Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients.
Conducting onsite monthly audits.
Recruitment, training, and performance management
Motivating team members.
Be proactive in dealing with both client and staff issues.
Compliance with all company systems, procedures, and work practices.

The key skills and requirements for this role include:

UK full/clean driving licence.
Willingness to travel, please note a company vehicle is provided.
Fantastic communication skills.
Great relationship building skills.
Good IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience within the cleaning industry would be an advantage.
Previous experience managing a team is essential.
Enhanced DBS Certificate required; this can be applied for if you do not currently hold a valid certificate.
