As a Sales Specialist at FintechCashier, you will:
- Utilize your expertise and network to identify and engage with potential prospects, building a robust pipeline across multiple industries.
- Lead complex negotiations and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing our cuttingedge payment solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our talented inhouse teams, including Technology and Business, to present our capabilities, products, and services to potential clients.
About You:
- With a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the payments/fintech industry, you have a proven track record of success.
- Your existing network of prospects gives you a head start in expanding our reach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and solid business acumen allow you to navigate the financial landscape with ease.
- Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills set you apart in both online and inperson interactions.
- You are a selfmotivated and highachieving individual, thriving in a fastpaced and everchanging environment.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills being appreciated.
What You'll Do:
- Identify promising merchants and prospects to cultivate a healthy and diverse sales pipeline.
- Engage in strategic conversations with key decisionmakers at various organizational levels, from CTOs to CFOs.
- Craft comprehensive presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process and act as the primary point of contact for merchants.
- Maintain a wellorganized portfolio and nurture key accounts for longterm partnerships.
- Collaborate with other Sales Managers to share insights, industry trends, and best practices.
- Provide valuable feedback on market trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and more.
- Develop scalable strategies and processes to fuel the growth of new businesses joining our platform.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, demonstrating your ability to navigate the sales process effectively.
- Prior experience at a growth stage fintech/payments company, indicating your familiarity with the dynamic nature of such environments.
- Prior experience in the payments industry, particularly in areas like gaming or foreign exchange (FX), showcasing your specialized knowledge and expertise.
Pay:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, W1H 6DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
