Job description

You will be a hands on member of the team, working closely with the catering Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of a very fast paced restaurant, bar.

Work in your team to ensure the smooth running
Monitor and replenish stock.
Keep the area clean and monitor the fast turnover of tables for a smooth service.
Ensure the Waterpark standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction.
Achieve the effectiveness of all processes, procedures and safe working practices put in place.

Profile:

Must be 16 or over
Ideally have experience in a similar catering and fast food environment, but not essential.
Allergen awareness training or willing to gain qualification.
Be highly motivated and committed to the success of the waterpark.
Have a passion for delivering great service to our guests every day.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with and resolve any guest issues.
The ability to work under pressure and 'think on your feet'.

Hours of work
The waterpark is open from 10am to 9pm during the season. The restaurant will serving light refreshments from 10am and full service between 12pm and 9pm. You will work variable hours on a Rota basis which will include weekends as well as evening shifts, along with public / bank holidays

£4.81-£10.50 per hour
