COMPANY
EXOR Capital II is a fund management subsidiary of EXOR NV, the listed conglomerate. Exor Capital II manages a public and two private equity funds business with a team based in London. The funds invest in US, EU, and Asia. It is a very small team with adynamic culture and hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.

ROLE
EXOR Capital II is seeking to hire two part time interns for 6 months. The interns will assist with research on private market activities. The internship requires ~10 hours per week and is expected to start in April.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will research private market transactions in Europe, specifically

Monitor key transactions in venture and private equity space in Europe on weekly basis
Help map out development landscape and players in a few subsectors
Assist analysts with adhoc research tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
Students currently pursuing a Master Degree in any field based in UK/Europe.

COMPENSATION
Salary would be £1500 per month. Flexible work hours/location.
