Boleyn Recovery and Fleet Services has been trading for over 60 years as an established car & commercial vehicle recovery and repair business.

We are still family owned and run so have a vested interest in our staff and making sure we keep our customers' fleets moving.

Due to ongoing expansion and investment we require another key member to our successful team as a vehicle recovery controller for our busy 24 hour control room.

A multitude of shifts available - to be agreed during the interview process.

We have a wide range of nationwide clients seeking a bespoke service.

Our customer base has been built up over 60 years and are all private clients ranging from hauliers and construction to bus & coach companies and from owner drivers to the emergency services.

We do not do club work or management company work as a rule so our customer base is all our own clients.

Specific skills required:
General understanding of vehicle types
Be an excellent communicator with a positive outlook
Telephone manner
Literacy skills
Logistic planning
A genuine interest in helping customers
The ability to work as part of a team
Patience and calmness under pressure
The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations

Pay:
£29,055.00-£30,559.00 per year
