The role
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Term time only
Required for September 2023
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Non-Teaching Pastoral Leader, to assist with the work of the behaviour and Pastoral team.
Focusing on behaviour management, wellbeing and communication with parents, you will be key in providing individual support to children and young people, working closely with teaching staff, tutors, welfare and outside agencies.

- demonstrate a commitment to raising standards
- be able to communicate effectively with a range of audiences including students, teachers, parents and other professionals
