Inizio Engage have the pleasure of working with one of the leading global pharmaceutical companies to recruit a Therapy Area Specialist working on their Oncology team

This promotional customer facing role will demonstrate excellence in customer engagement, disease and brand knowledge to a range of NHS stakeholders across the patient pathway in order to maximise uptake of our clients medicines and achievement of BU specific KPIs.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate sustained in-depth disease, brand and environmental knowledge (patient pathway, stakeholder mapping) to deliver impactful In Call Effectiveness to maximize the value and uptake of our medicines, outcomes and ROI
Targeted Customer Engagement of key individual stakeholders and organisations across the patient pathway, in order to secure optimal patient access within the local NHS system, based upon the value of our medicines
Develop Key Clinical Experts to advocate the value of and, maximise the appropriate use of our medicines and benefits for patients
Account planning & prioritisation; Demonstrate excellence in prioritization, development & execution of best in class account plans in collaboration with cross functional team (Local, National & alliance where relevant) to deliver impactful strategies that accelerate value for our client, Health and Care Systems and Patient
Operate with a Digital First multichannel mindset, demonstrating high capability and deployment of digital technology and channels, to further enhance customer experience, maximise colleague efficiency and ensure optimal patient access to our medicines

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Account management capabilities at a senior level in secondary care
Strong understanding of the NHS commercial environment and structures
Excellent selling and influencing skills with clear and persuasive communication and ability to deliver compelling commercial narratives
Demonstrates a strong ability to lead without authority
Excellent commercial acumen
Demonstrates strong customer relationship management abilitie
Must be able to flex and adapt rapidly to new situations and continually seek for new opportunities.
Stakeholder management
Excellent planning and prioritising skills and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
University degree or equivalent (Science and/or Microbiology background would be preferable)
Promote ongoing learning agility and Continuous Professional Development for self and others, demonstrating a growth mindset
Fully conversant with requirements of ABPI Code of Practice
Driving license
