Simon Smith Online Ltd is looking for Content Creator / Videographer to join the team. You will be responsible for both shooting and editing attention-grabbing, meaningful video content for our online platforms.

We specialise in property investment and mentorship so any knowledge of filming properties or educational content would be a plus

This will be a fun creative position ideal for a content creator / videographer looking to build their portfolio.


Responsibilities will include:

• Filming and creating 510 videos per week using a range of our properties and mentors.
• Producing content suited to varied platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
• Working alongside the marketing and design teams to produce engaging video content for various campaigns.
• Attending property related events throughout the year to capture content.
• Filming new product launches in a range of locations.
• Create and maintain a video/photo library of property content.
• Ensure all videos are consistent and produced to a high standard, whilst meeting deadlines.

Skills required:

• 3 years experience filmmaking.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms e.g. facebook, instagram and youtube.
• Must be able to film, shoot and edit.
• Must be able to animate content for instagram and youtube.
• Ability to implement creative ideas for styling and filming properties.
• Have access to your own video recording equipment and previous experience taking highquality photos and shooting video with DSLR and/or Mirrorless cameras.
• Basic understanding of studio lighting.
• Ability to juggle several projects with mínimal supervision.
• Experience with a range of Creative Suites.
• Experience with sound recording for interview style videos.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics / After Effects would be advantageous.
• Hold a full driving license and vehicle.

SALARY & HOURS

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) hybrid role with flexible hours with a salary of £25, £27,420.00 per annum.
