Job description

It is an exciting time to join The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, having recently adoped our Corporate Plan which sets out our priorities for the next five years.

We also have a Housing Strategy and Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy which demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement and our ambitious plans to provide a range of housing support for our residents.

We are seeking an experienced Housing Options Officer who is passionate about supporting households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness and who works in partnership with other services to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers.

You will be comfortable managing a caseload, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers with a range of needs.
