JOB TITLE - Senior Health Care Assistant

Location -Havant PO9

Salary - £ £13.85 Weekends)

SNG Healthcare Recruitment Agency are delighted to be representing their client and supporting the recruitment of this role.

MAIN PURPOSE

To contribute to and have responsibility for providing quality social and vocational care for users within a specified group of patients with Mental Health/ Brain injuries.

To lead, supervise and develop a team of support workers to ensure the needs of the service users are met according to their individual support plan in line with company policy and procedures and regulatory standards.
