The Role:


We are looking for an extraordinary Teaching Assistant to join the team who can bring enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to the classroom.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting the class teacher in lesson preparation and delivery
  • Working closely with students, either individually or in small groups, to reinforce learning and support their progress
  • Implementing strategies and supporting learning according to individual educational plans
  • Encouraging students' independence and selfconfidence
  • Monitoring and reporting students' progress to the class teacher

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
  • Good understanding of child development and learning processes
  • Patience and resilience with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a range of people
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check & Valid Safeguarding Certificate.
