Job Title:
Compliance Co-ordinator**
Department: Compliance
Responsible To :
Compliance Director
Purpose To provide administrative support for the 3 departments within the Compliance team namely Learning & Development, Health, Safety, Environmental & Facilities, Quality, Technical and R&D Departments.
This is a fast-paced role which requires a high degree of organisational ability where no two days are likely to be the same.
Your time will be split between the 3 departments, your duties for the time allocated to each department will be set by that departmental manager.
Work activities will include but are not limited to:
- New Subcontractor Onboarding.
- Allocation, Monitoring & Reporting on training requirements.
- Assistance with material creation & distribution.
- Administration of Leadership & Management qualifications.
- Coordinating Health, Safety Environmental & Facilities Service requirements.
- Departmental data entry & reporting (i.e. Quality check sheets, incident stats).
- Raising and closing purchase orders.
- Booking third party contractors for site attendance.
- Other duties as required.
Education Requirements:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Basic numeracy skills.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of being able to work effectively independently and as part of a team, reacting positively to changing workloads and emerging priorities.
- Ability to selfmanage, working without supervision as well as to work with others as part of a team.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality both within the team environment & outside the team.
- The ability to build & maintain good working relationships with other departments and third parties.
- Problem solving skills.
- Passionate about learning new skills.
Job Types:

Pay:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
