Your New Role
To provide support to the Studio Operations Department to ensure efficient service delivery to our clients and customers.

The position requires a highly motivated individual who has experience of leading and working as part of a team in a fast moving, often pressurised environment.

Your Role Accountabilities

Leading the Operations Assistants team in delivering, arranging and removing furniture for clients and internal departments across all office suites on site and Leavesden Park.
Manage and maintain Operations stock and storage units, reporting any damage, loss and general issues and assist in the purchasing and managing of Operations inventory.
Deputise for the Studio Operations Coordinator (Office Services) when necessary.
To take a lead in using and inputting data in software implemented to enhance the operations processes such as PlanOn and Iauditor.
Be a lead point of a contact with all production clients and internal departments on site for any needs they may have. Also taking a lead role in the Operations team's response to any onsite emergency.
Be available to help on site with ad hoc duties as required such as painting, litter picking and general maintenance around site and monitor and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
To assist with some administrative duties for the Operations Department, including answering telephones, filing, data entry, paperwork, setting up meeting rooms, transport, and general office administration including landlord checks.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a heavy manual handling role is essential.
Previous experience in leading a team and the ability to prioritise and delegate duties.
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
Preferred experience in removals, labouring and driving vans.
Ability to cope under extreme pressure from clients and colleagues, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using own initiative, and be prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary.
Being able to lead a team whilst maintaining the ability to undertake the tasks on hand.
Full driving license essential and preferred certification in heavy plant machinery such as forklifts, counter balance and height access equipment.
