Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of our internationally prestigious client in the Portsmouth area for a temporary Receptionist/Administrator.
Role duties:
- Act as a key member of the onsite facilities team
- Ensure site visitors are greeted and signed into site in accordance with site procedures
- Assist and step up to cover as required for holidays/sickness
- Undertake quotes which are issued to the client
Role requirements:
- Must have 2 years' experience in reception or administration
- Must be computer literate (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Knowledge of Coupa & CAFM systems desirable as you will be required to learn other contract administration functions including Planon (work administration), Coupa (purchasing/quoting) and invoicing.
- Must have a UK passport
- A DBS within 6 months is required
- Acorn will assist with this
- Site BPSS clearance to be undertaken be commencing on site
Hours:
Wed/Thurs/Fri 08:00 - 17:00 1-hour unpaid lunch - total of 24 hours a week
Salary:
£10 per hour
This is a temporary position but with a possibility of becoming permanent.
