Product Manager, Cardiff, £60,000


Think about this - it's the beginning of the week in the morning and you are actually LOOKING FORWARD to the day.

It's like having a long term vacation in which you actually do work but feel happy about it. I'm currently working alongside an organisation who provide surveillance and navigation safety products and systems to Coast Guards.


I'm looking for a driven Product Manager to enter the role and take the bull by the horns by assuming responsibility for the robust specifications and capabilities of their MDA System.


The role would entail:

  • Managing and driving new functionality into the product
  • Understanding the experience of users with the product
  • Dealing with stakeholders
  • Documenting current and new processes
  • Working with roadmaps
This is a role which provides a fun environment rather than a pyramidal structure.

You can progress your own development in an autonomous environment, creating stretching objectives and seeking learning opportunities within the business and beyond.

In terms of travel, you would have to go once per month to Cardiff. Transport and accommodation are covered by the company.

Among other criteria we can discuss will be the remuneration package which ranges between £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary, a very generous company contributory pension scheme which is arguably the best I work with, an excellent holiday allocation and much more.
