About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised, professional and committed PA who is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and high-quality administrative service to ensure the efficient and effective organisation of the lead consultant anaesthetist and the anaesthetic team.
The post holder will have knowledge of all the relevant administrative and IT programmes applicable to this role as well as the ability to deal with non-routine activities that arise.
Problem solving is an integral part of the role.
The role will involve contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people - both internal and external to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach.
Managing your own workload alongside the requirements of the lead anaesthetic consultant and work flexibly in support of the wider anaesthetic team as required.
The post holder must be capable of working on their own initiative, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
About You:
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience of confidential environment
- The ability to exercise judgement when dealing with enquiries or issues
- The ability to competently manage own workload and act independently
