Description

The role will ensure that members and guests receive the highest standard of service and hospitality in our food and beverage outlets in line with any legal requirements and regulations laid down by the Union Jack Club.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

You must be available to work the following shifts:

  • 7:30 am
  • 4 pm
  • 4:00 pm am
  • 5 pm 1 am
Graciously greet guests upon arrival and inform guests of any promotional items and/or offers
Ensure that all guests & members receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
Look for creative ways to promote and execute strong relations activities with all guests and members
Have a full knowledge of restaurant and bar menus and service time
Ensure that the restaurant and bar operate according to correct principles of Food Service and Hygiene

Requirement:
All applicants must have the following functional skills, knowledge and experience:
Must display a professional attitude, be a good team player and organiser

Should have the ability to work under pressure

Must be an effective listener and communicator

Must have a good level of written and spoken English.

The Union Jack Club has been standing at Waterloo for over 100 years.

Its founder was Ethel McCaul, a Royal Red Cross nurse and her vision remains our primary purpose today:

to provide serving and former non-commissioned members of the Armed Forces and their families with a comfortable and friendly base for their visits to London with over 20 million guests since its doors opened.

£26,208.00 per year
