Description

Domestic assistant required for a small residential home in Dudley, the person would be working 3 days over 7, this includes weekends.

Hours : 10am - 8pm every Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday.

The person must undertake mandatory training and adhere by the homes policy for Covid.

Duties include carrying out all cleaning duties as directed by the Home Manager to the required standards. Cleaning duties can be in any area of the Care Home.

Ensure the daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to and signed daily.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.

Ensure that all cleaning equipment and products are stored correctly and safely.

Be sensitive to the privacy and individual needs of the residents.

Comply with COSHH regulations.

To adhere to infection control policies at all times.

ensure the correct use of PPE.

To follow the correct use of the colour code systems within the home.

ensure the cleaning cupboard is left clean and tidy.

Re order any stock that is required in a timely manner and keep enough stock in the building for duties.

PPE must be worn including a mask.
