Document Controller

Liverpool based office - L20

Full Time

£26K


This role will see you working at the forefront of IRM and construction projects for the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Telecommunications and Civil Engineering sectors.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive, log, and track documents, ensuring proper version control and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect, review, and update documents as needed.
  • Ensure that documents adhere to established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Facilitate the efficient distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the retrieval of documents as requested, ensuring accessibility for project teams and audits.
  • Work closely with project teams, ensuring timely document submissions and approvals.
  • Communicate document control procedures and guidelines to internal teams.
  • Evaluate and enhance document control processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide recommendations for the adoption of new tools or technologies to improve document management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar role:

  • Familiarity with document management systems and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Types:

Up to £26,000.00 per year
