Description
To provide smooth record keeping of stock into the Stores for the supply into Production.


Key Result Areas

  • Processing goods in
  • Ensuring stock movements are accurately entered onto the company's stock systems
  • Ensure all manual paperwork is processed electronical, in accordance with company specification
  • Assist with the annual stock take
  • Ensure stock checks are entered on to the system
  • Process all good receipt paperwork onto company's systems
  • File all paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assist the Stores and Warehouse Team Leader with any administrative duties
  • Assist the Production Management team with administrative duties

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills Required

  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Effective communicator
  • Team Player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent PC skills

Time Management
Flexibility with regard to hours worked (may include weekends and overtime)

Able to demonstrate excellent levels of attendance, punctuality and reliability


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
