Light Vehicle Trainer - Up to £33,000 - Bracknell - Permanent
Monday - Friday, Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package

Henderson Brown is currently recruiting a Light Vehicle Trainer on behalf of a client of ours who is a global provider of managed learning solutions based out of Bracknell.

The Light Vehicle Trainer will carry out the delivery of Light Vehicle Technical training to the Apprentices of the national dealership network of our client.

Main Responsibilities
*Deliver technical training to brand and industry standards.
*Regular maintenance and updates to the training curriculum to ensure content is up to date for the industry and advancements in technology.
*Make sure to maintain a safe working environment in the training workshops, classrooms, and training centre.
*Responsible for delivering positive success and satisfaction rates from apprentice feedback through training delivery excellence.
*Identify and provide pastoral support to apprentices, ensuring adherence to our safeguarding responsibility and commitments.
*Provide valuable individual feedback on apprentice progress to apprentices and their managers.
*Facilitate gateway assessments and end point assessments including preparation and setup.
*A Light Vehicle technician background and 4+ years of work experience in an automotive environment.
*Willingness to travel occasionally.
*Experience in delivering training and or a training qualification would be advantageous but not necessary as all training development needs will be provided.
*High level of organisational skills and self-motivation.
*Passion to deliver high-quality delegate focused training.
*Recognised industry qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent).
*Electric Vehicle (EV) Qualification desirable.
*Technical Motorcycle knowledge and experience would also be advantageous.
*DBS clearance is required to work with young people which is paid for by the company.
