Contentious Probate Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) - National firm - Stratford upon Avon


Fantastic opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded national firm with a growing Contentious Probate department.

This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent basis or otherwise on four days a week. The position offers good levels of flexibility in terms of how and where you work.


The Opportunity:


The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will:

  • Work with high net worth and high net worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, family businesses and corporate. professionals on contentious private wealth and family legal matters.
  • Assist senior colleagues on a broad range of contentious trusts and probate cases
running own case load efficiently and cost effectively and within strict service level agreements as required by the client

  • Advise clients about the strengths and weaknesses of their cases
  • Get involved in business development activities, both individually and as part of a team
  • Attend and conduct client meetings
  • Be involved in business development, networking and helping to grow the team.

The ideal Contentious Probate Solicitor will have:

  • Good academic background
  • 2 years + PQE within contentious trusts and probate matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident manner in engaging with clients
