Band - ENP:

Sirona Care & Health is currently seeking a Band 7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) for a temporary position at our location on the Ground Floor of Kingswood Civic Centre in Bristol.

This position will start on 18/04/2024 and end on 18/04/2024, with a shift start time of 12:00:00 and a shift end time of 16:00:00.

The payment rate for this position is £108 per shift.

As a Band 7 ENP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need of emergency medical attention.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute injuries and illnesses.

Your role will also involve providing education and support to patients and their families, as well as advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Conducting thorough assessments of patients presenting with acute health concerns
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
Prescribing medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines
Providing patient education on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and followup care
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient

In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also be expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge as a healthcare provider.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid nursing license and certification as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members on a daily basis.
