_- My lovely client in Dorking is seeking an Administrator to join their lettings team. You will be dealing with new, existing and ending tenancies in a busy and well established department.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up tenancies on Goodlord and sending/monitoring references for Tenants
- Drawing up tenancy agreements and sending pretenancy information to Tenants
- Booking checkins/outs and compliance checks
- Registering and deregistering deposits
- Conducting right to rent checks on Tenants in line with the current regulations
- Raising tenancy invoices and taking payments
- Contacting utility companies and managing void period bills
- Dealing with tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Processing notices and liaising with the Negotiators, to remarket the properties
- Drawing up Section 21 and Section 13 notices
- Dealing with nonmanaged deposit returns
- Ensuring compliance knowledge is kept current
- Chasing rent arrears
- Drawing up variation of contracts for mid tenancy requests
- Dealing with Tenants and Landlords questions regarding the whole tenancy process
- Answering phone calls and taking details of enquiries if negotiators are out of the office
- Following up rent arrears
