  • My lovely client in Dorking is seeking an Administrator to join their lettings team. You will be dealing with new, existing and ending tenancies in a busy and well established department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up tenancies on Goodlord and sending/monitoring references for Tenants
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements and sending pretenancy information to Tenants
  • Booking checkins/outs and compliance checks
  • Registering and deregistering deposits
  • Conducting right to rent checks on Tenants in line with the current regulations
  • Raising tenancy invoices and taking payments
  • Contacting utility companies and managing void period bills
  • Dealing with tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Processing notices and liaising with the Negotiators, to remarket the properties
  • Drawing up Section 21 and Section 13 notices
  • Dealing with nonmanaged deposit returns
  • Ensuring compliance knowledge is kept current
  • Chasing rent arrears
  • Drawing up variation of contracts for mid tenancy requests
  • Dealing with Tenants and Landlords questions regarding the whole tenancy process
  • Answering phone calls and taking details of enquiries if negotiators are out of the office
  • Following up rent arrears
