As our Office Administrator it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the company as it expands.

No two days will be the same and you will be involved in assisting all departments in the business.


Requirements:


  • Diary management and administrative support to the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) where needed.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements, event planning and organising both virtually and in person.
  • ATTENDANCE at various meetings in order to produce action points, circulate and follow up accordingly.
  • Further administrative support to Managers within the business as required.
  • Event planning assistance to other departments to include booking accommodation, transport and managing diaries.
  • General office administration.
  • Ordering and monitoring of office stationery and supplies.
  • Prepare board room for meetings, maintain diary for meeting rooms.
Flexibility to help the business needs as required.


Experience:

Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work to deadlines

Must be a strong team player

Excellent communication skills and computer skills including Microsoft office

Previous experience of working in an Administration role is essential

GDPR or H & S experience advantageous.
