Town Planner - Manchester

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPI
  • Have demonstrable town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Be a Chartered Member of RTPI (or be working towards this)
  • Have a full UK driving license

Within the role you will be:

  • Undertaking site searches to identify possible locations for development
  • Attending and presenting to Planning Committees
  • Delivering general planning advice to clients
  • Preparing and submitting appeals
