Service Engineer

Epping or Central London base

£30k - £38k + Laptop and Phone
We are recruiting for a Service Engineer for our client, a Managed Print and Technology Services Business.

This role can be based from Epping or London, and with 2 days in the office per month.

As Service engineer you will be responsible for responding to call outs, resolving technical faults, undertaking technical modifications and repairing machines in field.

To be considered for the role of Service Engineer you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Must have previous experience in a similar role within the MPS/ MFD (photocopier) Industry
  • Experience with Lexmark / Konica machines ideal but not essential
  • Must be customer focused
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and be good at building relationships with both customers and other departments within the company


If successful you can expect a salary of £30k - £38k depending on the experience you can offer, along with a company laptop and phone.
