  • Are you an experienced Associate looking to work with top clients?
  • We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate (48PQE) to join our Construction & Projects (noncontentious) division in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm.
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in highquality cases, working with our topclients. The role will involve; drafting, review and negotiation of forward funding agreements, building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees etc. The work involved will also include drafting, review and negotiation of construction aspects of development agreements, agreements for lease and facility agreements. You will also assist on projects work on a projectbyproject basis.
