Learning & Development Manager - Cheltenham - £32-38,000 + Excellent benefits

Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned by a new client, an established and highly respected educational institution located in the heart of Cheltenham.

They have tasked us with sourcing a Learning & Development Manager to join their people managementteam in a newly created role.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity to be based onsite in central Cheltenham.

Effectively manage the design and implementation of an organisationwise staff development strategy
Work closely alongside HR Director and department heads to ensure effective appraisal programs and the efficient use of digital platforms
Ensure effective delivery of a range CPD programs for staff operating across multiple business areas
Manage internal staff website with the inclusion of wellbeing and development content
Develop training programs for new starters across a range of business areas
New starter inductions
Head a up a range of compliance training programs
Manage existing and negotiate new contracts with external training providers
Develop eLearning modules
