    Job Description:

    As part of our in-store team, you will provide visual support by creating engaging product placements, utilizing the latest fashion trends, and maximising store profitability through creative visual concepts.

    • Deal with customer complaints and enquiries, providing the best possible outcome.
    • Ensure sales team appearance meets company guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets while monitoring staff service levels.
    • Utilise in-store devices to offer customers the entire product range.

    Requirements:

    • Retail supervisor experience is advantageous.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
