Responsibilities
- Administer client onboarding, including the preparation and issuance of letters of authority
- Verify and organise policy information received from providers, creating client summaries
- Compile necessary data/documents for report writing and assist in the report generation process
- Process new business items while following compliance requirements
- Manage adviser fees and handle fund switches and investment/disinvestment requests
- Supervise pension/investment transfers, aligning with client recommendation reports
- Coordinate client review meeting preparations and oversee followups
- Assist in generating client investment progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of client service throughout all interactions
Experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and competent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong software skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Focus on delivering highquality client service
- Be able to demonstrate initiative and curiosity
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Capable of building effective external relationships
