Job Title:
Admin Scheduler
Location:
Portadown
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday - 9:00-17:00)
Salary range:
£10.98
To accurately diagnose and record maintenance repairs for tenants and triage customer calls to establish work orders for issue to depot operatives.
To communicate and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, depot Supervisors and the organisational Customer Support Unit to help deliver effective maintenance services.
To build and maintain a knowledge and understanding of the schedule of rates.To carry out and complete all work to a high quality and in a timely manner to meet contract KPI's.
To use a wide range of internal IT systems to record, manage, create, analyse, and retrieve repairs information.To provide a high level of internal and external customer service and following issues through to completion, while ensuring timely escalation to senior management, when required.
To represent the organisation as required and provide support and cover for the other team members as and when required.
Your Profile:
Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification plus at least one year of relevant general administrative experience.
Have five GCSEs or equivalent qualification, plus at least two years of relevant general administrative experience.
OR
Can demonstrate three years of general administrative experience and can demonstrate ongoing learning in the field.

- A Basic Access NI Check is required at a cost of £18.
