As a Senior Designer at Siegel+Gale, you will:

  • Partner with Design Director/Creative Director to create conceptual design solutions from brand strategy
  • Refine and develop all aspects of chosen design concept
  • Track trends of design and integrate it into work to ensure relevance
  • Prepare materials for client and internal meetings
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with project manager
  • Present design refinements to clients
  • Work with artworkers to ensure the integrity of our designs in final deliverables
  • Participate in new business efforts as requested

Requirements:


  • Exceptional portfolio and industry experience demonstrating skills in developing visual identities and design systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good judgement and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify and show critical design thinking
  • Strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design and craft skills
  • Understanding of the full design & development process
  • Experience in effectively communicating conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale both verbally and visually
  • Software skills: Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • MS Office
  • Keynote

Nice-to-have

  • An interest in animation and/or UX and digital design
  • Experience working with Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe XD or Cinema 4D

Prerequisites

  • 6+ years of design experience within a design, consulting or advertising firm with multiindustry clients
  • Undergraduate degree (B.F.A.) or equivalent; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination education and experience
  • Travel as required
  • Flexibility to travel into the London office 23 days a week
